Reusable job plans — a named checklist of tasks (each with an optional duration). Each plan gets a unique number and can be attached to a PPM so the same task list is applied to every asset on that schedule.

PPM
All preventive maintenance schedules with their next due dates and job task checklists. Each asset can have multiple frequencies — the next-due date for each rotates automatically (e.g. a monthly, semi-annual and annual schedule on the same asset are all tracked independently).

Create a preventive maintenance schedule covering one or more assets. Pick a building, filter the assets, tick the ones to include, then set the frequency and tasks. A single PPM can cover several assets — their tags are recorded in the schedule.

2 · START DATE
All frequencies below count from this date. Example: start Sat 18th → the Monthly track recurs every month from the 18th, and the Semi-Annual track lands on the 6-month mark — each with its own job plan.
3 · FREQUENCY TRACKS
Add one row per frequency. Each frequency gets its own job plan (task checklist). One PPM schedule is created per frequency, per selected asset — all sharing the same start date.
4 · REVIEW & CREATE
Third-party companies working in the facility. Each company keeps its own staff, tools, certifications, assigned assets and its own PPM schedule — kept entirely separate from the internal preventive maintenance programme.

Your private schedule of work and reminders. Only you can see these — unless you assign one to a colleague, in which case they see it too and receive a notification. Schedule anything for any day and time, set a location and type, attach a file or photo, and link an asset.

PPMReactiveCorrectiveCalibrationCertification
Reliability and maintenance KPIs computed live from each asset's work orders. Failures are counted from Reactive and Corrective work orders. For the most accurate figures, fill in the Failure / Response times on work orders and the Repaired / Restored times when closing them (otherwise creation and completion dates are used).

DEFINITIONS & FORMULAS
MTTR — Mean Time To Repair
Average time to restore an asset after a failure — how fast the team recovers. Measured failure → fixed. Also tracked: respond (alert → work begins).
MTBF — Mean Time Between Failures
Average operating time between failures for a repairable asset. Higher = more reliable. MTBF = total uptime ÷ number of failures
MTTF — Mean Time To Failure
Average lifespan of a non-repairable component before failure (drives, batteries, sensors). Helps plan refresh cycles. MTTF = total operating time ÷ number of failures
MTRS — Mean Time To Restore Service
Average time to bring a service back to full operation after a failure — full recovery, not just the repair. MTRS = total downtime ÷ number of failures

Each company is an isolated tenant. Users in one company can only see their own company's assets, work orders, parts and all other data. Only you (superadmin) can see across companies and create new ones.
